I am driven by the pursuit of value-addedness, striving to ensure that every child who enters my classroom leaves a better version of themselves than they were the day before. To facilitate this growth, I prioritize a conducive learning environment where firm class discipline provides the safety and structure necessary for deep engagement. Nothing motivates me more than seeing a child find joy in learning and celebrating their small successes, as these daily improvements build the confidence and integrity they need to thrive beyond the classroom.
